Returns up to 100 mm, in up to three colours.

The ULTRA prints letter bodies up to 100 mm deep in up to three colours from a CorelDRAW or DXF file, with no 3D modelling. Take the 800 × 800 mm bed for fascia letters, or the 1200 × 1200 mm bed for bigger letters and bigger sets in one run. Letters bigger than the bed are printed in sections and joined.

Questions about the ULTRA

All questions

Which faces can the ULTRA make?

It prints the face in the same run as the returns, in up to three colours. Or fit sheet acrylic, or an infinity mirror, to the printed letter after the print.

Which filament does it use?

HFPC, the letter filament we supply for the SG-S range: a modified polycarbonate and PETG blend rated from −40 °C to 65 °C.

ULTRA or PRO ULTRA?

The SG-S 3D PRO ULTRA is the ULTRA's Pro version: the same returns (100 mm), colours (three) and recommended speed (up to 120 mm/s), with liquid acrylic UV curing added, single or double layer. If your faces are printed or sheet acrylic, the ULTRA does the job.

ULTRA or L1S?

The SG-S 3D L1S prints deeper returns (130 mm against 100 mm), has a faster recommended speed (up to 300 mm/s against 120 mm/s) and a filament drier, and takes STL files as well as CDR and DXF. If your letters are rarely deeper than 100 mm, the ULTRA, our entry machine, does the job for less.

Can it run overnight?

Yes. It is built to run unattended. If the power drops it carries on where it left off, and it detects a broken filament.

Will it fit through my door?

With the 800 bed it is packed at 1390 × 1340 × 870 mm, and with the 1200 bed at 1800 × 1700 × 870 mm. Send us a photo of your doorway and we'll check.

How much is the ULTRA?

Ask us for a price for the bed size you want, 800 × 800 or 1200 × 1200 mm, and we'll come back within 1 working day.
