Large format industrial 3D printer · 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm build

The SG-INT P1000 is our biggest large format 3D printer: a full cubic metre of build volume, 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm, for big props, display pieces and parts in one piece. It prints HFPC, PETG, PLA or ABS through one nozzle, with a second as an option. We arrange delivery and on-site training in the UK; ask us for a price.

— 01Overview

Big parts in one piece, not in sections.

A full cubic metre of build volume, 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm, in a semi-enclosed sheet metal case with a 7-inch colour touch screen. A single nozzle (a dual nozzle is optional), 30–320 °C, a recommended speed of 100–500 mm/s, and it resumes the print after a power outage. Files come from Cura, S3D or third-party slicing software on Windows, Mac or Linux.

— 03What it's for

What it prints.

The biggest prints in the range: props, sculptures, display pieces and parts up to 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm in one print, from standard 3D files.

It suits

  • Large props, sculptures and display pieces
  • Big prototypes and parts, without joins
  • Short production runs
  • Parts up to a metre in every direction

Look at another machine if

  • Your work is built-up letters from CorelDRAW or DXF filesLetter printers
  • Your parts fit in 500 × 500 × 600 mmSG-P556 T
  • You want four colours in one printSG-T1 100

Files come from standard slicers as STL, GCODE or OBJ: there is no CorelDRAW-to-letter workflow on the sculpture printers.

Questions about the P1000

All questions

Can the P1000 print channel letters?

It can print HFPC, our letter filament, but it has no letter workflow: files come from standard slicers as STL, GCODE or OBJ, not from CorelDRAW through INC. For built-up letters, the SG-S letter printers are made for the job.

Which filaments does it take?

The catalogue lists HFPC, PETG, PLA and ABS. We supply HFPC, our own filament, and PLA, ABS+ and PETG: ask us for a price.

How big is the machine?

The catalogue gives it as 1570 × 1300 × 1910 mm and 550 kg, packed at 1640 × 1440 × 2100 mm. Send us photos of the way in and we'll check the access with you.

How much is the P1000?

Ask us for a price. Tell us what you want to print and we'll quote the P1000 for it.

Which computers does it work with?

Windows 7 or later (64-bit), Mac and Linux, with Cura, Simplify3D or other slicers.

What happens if the power cuts out?

It resumes the print where it stopped: power-loss resume is in the catalogue for the P1000, which matters on prints this size.
