Industrial 3D printer, 1 colour · 500 × 500 × 600 mm build

The SG-P556 T is an industrial 3D printer with a 500 × 500 × 600 mm build volume, for props, display pieces, prototypes and parts rather than channel letters. It prints HFPC, PETG, PLA or ABS through one nozzle, with a second as an option. We arrange delivery and on-site training in the UK; ask us for a price.

— 01Overview

Props, prototypes and parts, up to 600 mm tall.

A semi-enclosed sheet metal case with a 500 × 500 × 600 mm build volume, a single nozzle (a dual nozzle is optional) and a recommended speed of 100–500 mm/s. It takes STL, GCODE or OBJ files from Cura, S3D or third-party slicing software, and resumes the print after a power outage.

— 03What it's for

What it prints.

General-purpose printing from standard 3D files: props and display pieces, prototypes, functional parts and short runs, up to 500 × 500 × 600 mm in one piece.

It suits

  • Props, display pieces and models
  • Prototypes and functional parts
  • Short production runs
  • Parts up to 500 × 500 × 600 mm in one print

— 08FAQ

Questions about the P556 T

All questions

Can the P556 T print channel letters?

It can print HFPC, our letter filament, but it has no letter workflow: files come from standard slicers as STL, GCODE or OBJ, not from CorelDRAW through INC. For built-up letters, the SG-S letter printers are made for the job.

Which filaments does it take?

The catalogue lists HFPC, PETG, PLA and ABS. We supply HFPC, our own filament, and PLA, ABS+ and PETG: ask us for a price.

Is the second nozzle included?

The catalogue gives one nozzle as standard and a second as an option. Ask us about the dual-nozzle version when you ask for a quote.

How much is the P556 T?

Ask us for a price. Tell us what you want to print and we'll quote the P556 T for it.

Will it fit through my door?

It is packed at 730 × 750 × 1180 mm and weighs 130 kg. Send us a photo of your doorway and we'll check.

What happens if the power cuts out?

It resumes the print where it stopped: power-loss resume is in the catalogue for the P556 T.
