— 01Overview

Four colours, a metre wide.

Four colours in one print through a single nozzle, and a 1000 × 1000 × 1050 mm build volume in a closed sheet-metal case. A built-in filament drier, a PEI build plate and a built-in camera come with it, and it prints at a recommended 100–350 mm/s in layers from 0.05 to 0.3 mm.

— 03What it's for

What it prints.

Big multi-colour props, sculptures and display pieces from standard 3D files, up to 1000 × 1000 × 1050 mm, with the filament dried on the machine.

It suits

  • Large multi-colour props, sculptures and display pieces
  • Four colours in one print, without changing filament by hand
  • Big prototypes and parts, up to 1050 mm tall
  • Long prints, with the filament dried on the machine

Look at another machine if

  • Your work is built-up letters from CorelDRAW or DXF filesLetter printers
  • A 600 × 600 × 800 mm build is enoughSG-T1 60
  • One colour will do, up to a metre in every directionSG-INT P1000

Files come from standard slicers as STL, GCODE or OBJ: there is no CorelDRAW-to-letter workflow on the sculpture printers.

Questions about the T1 100

All questions

Can the T1 100 print channel letters?

It can print HFPC, our letter filament, but it has no letter workflow: files come from standard slicers as STL, GCODE or OBJ, not from CorelDRAW through INC. For built-up letters, the SG-S letter printers are made for the job.

How big is the machine?

The catalogue gives it as 1720 × 1510 × 1500 mm, in an enclosed sheet-metal case. It gives no weight or packed size, so send us photos of the way in and we'll check the access with you.

Can I watch a print from another room?

It has a built-in camera. The catalogue doesn't say how the camera connects, so ask us before you plan on watching prints remotely.

Which filaments does it take?

The catalogue lists HFPC, PETG, PLA and ABS. We supply HFPC, our own filament, and PLA, ABS+ and PETG: ask us for a price.

How much is the T1 100?

Ask us for a price. Tell us what you want to print and we'll quote the T1 100 for it.
