The PRO ULTRA is the ULTRA's Pro version: 3D printing and liquid acrylic UV curing on one machine, single or double layer. It prints letter bodies up to 100 mm deep in up to three colours from a CorelDRAW or DXF file, on the 800 × 800 mm or the 1200 × 1200 mm bed.

HFPC for the letter. Liquid acrylic for the face.
HFPC is the letter filament for the SG-S range: a modified polycarbonate and PETG blend, rated from −40 °C to 65 °C and resistant to UV and oxidation. The catalogue lists the PRO ULTRA's printing materials as PMMA/HFPC.

Questions about the PRO ULTRA
What does the UV curing add?
Liquid acrylic faces, cured on the machine: the catalogue gives the PRO ULTRA 3D printing and liquid acrylic UV curing, single or double layer, and lists four faces for it: 3D printing, liquid acrylic, sheet acrylic and infinity mirror.
Which materials does it use?
The catalogue lists PMMA/HFPC. HFPC is the letter filament we supply for the SG-S range; ask us about the liquid acrylic for the faces.
PRO ULTRA or ULTRA?
If you want liquid acrylic faces made in-house, the PRO ULTRA. If your faces are printed or sheet acrylic, the SG-S 3D ULTRA prints the same letters (100 mm returns, three colours, up to 120 mm/s) on an open frame.
Can it run overnight?
Yes. It is built to run unattended. If the power drops it carries on where it left off, and it detects a broken filament.
Will it fit through my door?
With the 800 bed it is packed at 1390 × 1340 × 1610 mm, and with the 1200 bed at 1800 × 1700 × 1610 mm. Send us a photo of your doorway and we'll check.
